Standing Against Bullying

This presentation will share some of the world’s best research about the issue of bullying

 and will discuss the implications that this research has upon the creation of

anti-bullying policies and the implementation of effective anti-bullying programs.

 Dr. Carr’s goal is to successfully communicate the following to ensure each participant leaves prepared to:

  • Define bullying, the many forms it takes, and its effects
  • Discuss best practices in bullying prevention and response to bullying
  • Highlight examples of strategies that work
  • Create an action plan to stop bullying in assigned areas
