DePelchin assists in the search and reunion of adopted individuals and their birth parents. These services are limited to those who were adopted or lived at DePelchin; or children who were formerly in the custody of the state of Texas, (i.e. foster care). In some cases, search and reunion services can be provided for other individuals who were not adopted through DePelchin that have adequate documentation but lack resources for completing their search.
