For many years, DePelchin Children’s Center has provided non-profit and community organizations the use of its conference room center at no charge. While we have enjoyed providing this free service to the community, we must ensure as a non-profit, we are using our resources responsibly.
DePelchin now requests a nominal fee to cover operational and labor costs associated with using the conference room center.

Our Conference Room Center offers many choices for meeting space needs and the layout, found within our Policies and Procedures, can help you determine which room(s) is best for your meeting.
Discounted pricing will be available for charitable organizations, and DePelchin will consider waiving fees if free registration is provided for DePelchin staff and/or clients. The Conference Room Center Fact Sheet details the fee structure and types of events which can be scheduled at the facility.
