HOUSTON (December 4, 2017) – DePelchin Children’s Center is proud to announce Julie Crowe, Vice President of Prevention and Early Intervention Services, received the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) 2017 Outstanding Leadership Award at its annual conference in San Antonio This award recognizes professionals who have had significant accomplishments in the prevention and early intervention area.
