Clinical Supervision - Multicultural Issues in Supervision

This session discusses supervision as an interactive process involving the supervisor and the supervisee. It introduces various models of supervision as a process, with special emphasis on a developmental model; includes content related to the developmental process of the supervisor; discusses models for the evaluation of the supervisee and supervision; and provides parameters to distinguish clinical supervision from therapy.
