Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM V)

The American Psychiatric Association recognizes that the “Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) is the standard classification of mental disorders used by mental health professionals in the United States and contains a listing of diagnostic criteria for every psychiatric disorder recognized by the U.S. healthcare system.”  This valuable tool is now in its fifth edition (released in ) and this seminar will bring the recent changes to the forefront.  Social workers, nurses, occupational and rehabilitation therapists, and counselors, psychiatrists and other physicians, psychologists, as well as clinicians and researchers of many different orientation are to benefit from this seminar.
