DePelchin Children's Center Announces New Vice President of Advancement
HOUSTON (October 1, 2014) – DePelchin Children’s Center is proud to announce that Dixie Mullins will assume the role of Senior Vice President of Advancement beginning October 1, 2014. As Senior Vice President of Advancement for DePelchin, Dixie will be responsible for leading fundraising efforts, marketing and public relations.

Dixie joins us from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston where she has served as Assistant Vice President of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving for nearly seven years. Dixie’s other work experience involves serving as Director of Development for the Harris Methodist Health Foundation and serving as Corporate Director of Marketing for the Harris Methodist Hospital System. Dixie is a graduate of Mississippi State University where she earned her Master of Business Administration degree. Dixie has also held the professional designation of Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) through CFRE International since 2007.
