DePelchin Names Peggy Roe, Senior Vice President for Advancement

DePelchin names Peggy R. Roe, M.A., CFRE, as senior vice president for advancement. A Certified Fund Raising Executive, Roe will work closely with DePelchin’s board of directors and lead the agency in strategic planning, implementation, management and oversight of all fundraising initiatives.

Roe is a seasoned development professional having most recently served as a campaign consultant for The Seniors Place and interim director of development for Spaulding for Children. Roe also managed an $8.3 million capital campaign for The Briarwood School and coordinated fund-raising activities for Camp Allen Conference and Retreat Center.

Roe has raised more than $20 million over the past ten years through her consulting business. Her leadership has proven to be inspirational as boards and volunteer committees reach their maximum potential during major campaigns. In addition to the boards with which she has worked professionally, her own board experience includes Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance, Bo’s Place, Covenant House Texas, and The Park People. A sustaining member of The Junior League of Houston, Roe, along with her husband, is an active member of St. Luke’s United Methodist Church.
